Welcome to Threaded Studio. By purchasing or downloading any design from threadedstudio.shop, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on Threaded Studio are digital files delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive an email containing download links to your purchased files. Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If your link has expired or you have any trouble accessing your files, contact us and we will issue new ones at no charge.

Files are provided in the formats listed on each product page. If you need a format not included, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request at no extra cost.

2. License — What You May Do

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for the following purposes:

• Personal use — stitch the design for yourself, family, or as a personal gift.
• Small business use — sell finished physical items (clothing, accessories, home goods) that you personally embroider using our designs. This includes Etsy shops, craft fairs, and local sales.
• Small-scale commercial production — up to 500 finished items per design per year. For larger production volumes, please contact us to discuss an extended license.
• Color adjustments — you may adjust thread colors to suit your project.

3. License — What You May Not Do

• Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital files themselves in any form.
• Upload the files to any platform, marketplace, or file-sharing service.
• Claim the designs as your own original work or remove any embedded attribution.
• Use the designs to create or sell other digital embroidery files or products.
• Use the designs for mass manufacturing exceeding 500 items per year without an extended license.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly upon payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

However, we stand behind the quality of every design. If you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file, a format that does not match what was listed, or a design that does not stitch as described — please contact us and we will make it right, whether that means providing a corrected file, an alternative format, or a store credit. We evaluate each case individually and aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs sold on Threaded Studio are the original work of Threaded Studio and are protected by Swedish and international copyright law. Purchasing a design grants you a license to use it as described above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright to you. Threaded Studio retains all intellectual property rights to every design.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our designs are tested on a range of home and commercial embroidery machines before release. However, stitch results may vary depending on your machine, thread brand, fabric, stabilizer, and settings. We cannot guarantee identical results across all setups. If you have difficulty with a design, please contact us — we are happy to provide guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Swedish law, Threaded Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
